For any premium plan subscriber, we give the following services: Dedicated relationship manager assistance. Upto 15 owner contacts. New property alerts as per your property requirement. Property Loan Assistance. Rent Negotiation.
Rent and deposit amounts are at the sole discretion of the owners. However, we do try to negotiate rent for our Premium and Super Saver customers in case there are inconsistencies in rent amount as per the market trend.
We always have sufficient number of properties at each location of the operating city, but finding a property in specific area will depend on the inventory we have at that point of time
Once you subscribe to the our plan, dedicated relationship manager will call you and take your requirement over phone and will begin working on the same day itself. However, you can search properties on our portal based on your specific requirements.
We provide the services to help you find a property as per your legitimate requirement and help you upto 15 different owner properties. Usually, you would not need up-to these many contacts as these are all qualified leads for property searching. However, in case you are not able to find a property; it will be unfortunate and you could modify your requirement for property hunt to avoid the same.
We help our customers search the properties and speak with owners to set an appointment for a visit. Yes, we will assist our customers during property visits, and once customers confirm or like the property, we will connect them with the Owner. However, in some cases where the Owners are available on-site, a customer can see the property directly.
The charges to subscribe the plans mentioned are inclusive of all kind of charges only excluding 5% UAE VAT.

Subscribe to our Move-in packages and enjoy hassle-free services. This is the first time in the UAE you get properties and Technical services on the same platform as a package.
Yes, we have an All-in-one package, a customized plan for Property Search and all the Relocation Services. The price for the All-in-one package depends entirely on the customer's requirement. This package guarantees a stress-free relocation whereby a customer will get full support from property search till the entire relocation is completed.
Home Checklist offered by us is essential during Move-in to your new house. You are already very busy during your move-in time, and it's better to have a helping hand from a specialised company. Our Home Checklist guarantees that all the necessary kitchen items, toiletries and other general things will be available in your home before your Move-In.
Usually the timeline to get a property depends on how specific the requirement is, we do try to get you the property asap in case you are a Basic, Premium or Super Saver plan subscriber; while it can not be guaranteed how soon will you be able to get the property. However; we have seen that usually property hunt is completed within 3 weeks of date of subscription of the plan
Unfortunately we have not started that kind of service yet and neither plan for the same. To enjoy the property hunting assistance with the help of personalized relationship manager, you need to subscribe to the plan first.
